Mbarara ghetto king a.k.a mj Elly official made his moves from mbarara ghetto to ntungamo rubaare ghetto 
This came out when mj Elly was a young talented singer in mbarara western Uganda.And also known as vehicle mechanic at ntare road garage.Mj said basically was getting money of music from vehicle repairing,he was also sleeping in the ghetto of Biafra.
The garage was miss placed by the leaders and the owners of the location Mj tried to survive in the ghetto without working by two months where he decided to move around the city looking where to he can be working from,got a certain garage in mbarara where he got some challenges that forced him to move away and got a man from ntungamo district rubaare took mj and made a set to the one garage in rubaare ntungamo district
